This cookie is set by YouTube. It is used to track the information of the embedded YouTube videos on a website.

Mailchimp

This is a newsletter email service provider that collects first name, last name, and email address with an opt-in checkbox. Data is securely passed via API to Mailchimp. Data is not taken from Mailchimp and this platform is used by us to deliver marketing emails.

Contact

Our site contains a Contact form requiring your name and email address, along with providing us with a short message or other information you wish to share. There is also an option to Subscribe to news events and updates we publish. The submission is delivered via email to a dedicated Raven SR enquiries email. Data is also stored in WordPress that is updated monthly and secured with SSL.

3.  SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

Keeping your information safe:  We care about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our website.  However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.  In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving financial data from our site. In addition, we have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss or misuse of information at our site that we have collected from you.
