Combustion Engine
The power generating equipment allows the Raven fuel system to be grid independent. Any landfill
gas is treated to remove contaminants and blended with tail gas from the hydrogen production pro
-
cess. The fuel blend is then used to provide power to the hydrogen production facility. The exhaust gas
is sent through air quality control equipment to further reduce greenhouse gas emissions and lower the
carbon intensity of Raven fuel.

Hydrogen Export Panel
With Continuous QA/QC
The export panel system takes the transportation grade hydrogen from
the on site storage and compresses it up to 8000 PSI. The hydrogen is
then safely loaded onto multiple tanker trailers for delivery to a hydro
-
gen fueling station.

In order to extract all of the usefulness from the syngas, the carbon monoxide in the syngas is
reacted with water in the water gas shift reactor to generate more hydrogen. The pressure
swing adsorption reactor is the industrial standard way to extract hydrogen from a mixed gas
stream, and is capable of producing transport grade hydrogen.

Raw Syngas
Raven SR's patented second stage reformer converts all the remaining
methane and hydrocarbons in the syngas into hydrogen, carbon monoxide,
and carbon dioxide. Unlike typical steam methane reforming, the reformer
uses no catalysts, and no combustion.

To SR2
An externally heated rotary reformer which thermally decomposes the
solid feedstock without catalysts, and without combustion. There are
two outputs: remaining solids which are classified as biocarbon and
the syngas which exits for further processing.
